The SJJ-EMS1000 provides a solution for interfacing between 5V TTL and 3.3V CMOS on a single, easy-to-use, 24-pin DIP module. This module allows hobbyists, students, and OEMs to quickly prototype / breadboard a solution without having to first create special proto-boards.
