Buffer Translator Prototype Solution for 5v/3.3v Interface

The is a  Buffer Translator mounted on a 24 Pin DIP adapter solution. Many low power devices that use 3.3V are becoming available. There are still many 8-bit and 16-bit microprocessors that run on 5v TTL. The helps to interface between 5VTTL and 3.3V CMOS devices. The module allows hobbyists, students, and OEMs to quickly prototype / breadboard a solution without having to create special proto-boards first.
